At Lovecaregifts.cv, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our interior decoration products and services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible products. Custom-made items, including custom-sized epoxy paintings and personalized pieces, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2.2 Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
- Rental decor items (subject to separate rental agreement terms)
- Items damaged by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging
- Design consultation services (once consultation has been completed)
4. Return Process
4.1 Initiating a Return

4.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item and allows us to process your request more efficiently.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist us in processing your claim.
8. Rental Items
Rental decor items are subject to separate terms outlined in the rental agreement. Returns of rental items must be made by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may incur additional fees. Damaged rental items will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged.
9. Services
Design consultation services, mood board creation, and other professional services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
